1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Description
This training bench is designed for learning the application of refrigeration systems in ice machines. The ice-making process is automatically controlled by a PLC, and the process can be observed through a transparent panel. All parameters and controls are accessible via a computer.
1.2 Product Features
The training bench has a simple and sturdy frame structure, which not only reduces the weight of the equipment but also ensures its strength. The bottom is equipped with 4 universal casters for easy movement.The refrigeration cycle piping is installed on the mounting panel, with high and low temperature zones painted in different colors for easy identification.
The equipment is equipped with a comprehensive safety protection system. The refrigeration cycle system is equipped with high and low pressure protection switches. When the system pressure is abnormal, the compressor will immediately stop, protecting the compressor and the system. The electrical circuit is equipped with a leakage circuit breaker, an emergency stop device, and a reliable grounding device to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.
