1.Product Introduction
1.1 Product Description
This training device is mainly composed of various types of industrial sensors, pneumatic control units, electrical switches, PLC programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, etc., forming a mechatronic equipment mechanical platform composed of workstations such as silo units, handling manipulator modules, motion control PLC modules, and HMI units. Through relevant experiments, user can become familiar with the operating characteristics of pneumatic system actuators, based on the Siemens 1200 PLC motion control system, HMI and PLC communication methods, etc.
1.2 Product Features
(1) The training platform is built with an aluminum alloy base plate, with height-adjustable feet at the bottom, which is easy to adjust and has a stable structure. Each actuator module is placed on the base plate, which is easy to use and not easy to damage.
(2) The PLC control unit adopts a hanging box mode. The power supply and input and output points of the PLC are led to the panel through safety terminals. The experimental wiring is connected through the 2mm electrical safety cable, which is safe and reliable.
(3) It organically integrates mechanical technology (including pneumatic technology), sensor technology, PLC control and communication network technologies, reflecting the characteristics of the modern manufacturing production process. The overall structure is open and detachable, which allows for easy module replacement. The module content is determined based on the principle of productive functions and integrated learning functions, making it easy to select the required modules during teaching or competitions.
(4) The I/O terminals of the master and slave PLC modules of the training and assessment device are connected to the command switches, photoelectric switches, sensors, and indicator elements through terminal blocks.
